Biography: G. Henry Atchley, Jr., Attorney, has over thirty years experience in both industry and government contracting. His experience includes Federal contract regulatory compliance with AT&T and contract responsibilities with the U.S. Department of Defense. He is a professor with the U.S. Army Logistics Management College and responsible for training Federal employees and military personnel in Federal acquisition contracting.
